The four processes that we offer at KMP are:

Upsetting
The process create intricate upset shape forged in steel and various alloys to achieve minimum material wastage. At KMP, our upsetting capacity allows 1 inch to 5 inch upsetting.

Hot, Warm and Cold Forging
This type of process involves a closed die press of some 700 to 2500 Ton with Induction Heating to attain surface integrity, uniform and consistent heating of billets. Our capacity spans machines that can press 700 Tons up to 2500 Tons, making us one of the few forging companies that can meet the needs of quick turnaround jobs with high quality.

Precision Machining
We offer small to mid-sized lot CNC with conventional precision close-tolerance machining to enable your specifications to be followed in details.

Heat Treatment
We offer carburizing, quench, temper, and we have the largest IQ in Thailand to offer this with support of a modern metallurgical laboratory to perform quality tests.
